Prime Contractor for the renovation of several new and refreshed tenant spaces at existing retail shopping plaza encompassing approximately 20 acres. Sitework involves razing of a two-story hotel, reconfiguring the site layout including new water, storm and sewer services, replacement or relocation of all site lighting, installing approximately 13,000 LF of new curb and gutter, replacement of approximately 36,000 SF of sidewalk and repaving and striping all asphalt areas.
Building renovation involves the renovation of six building facades containing approximately 30 active retail spaces. In addition to the façade renovation, various spaces were renovated internally to create new retail spaces.
New construction includes new 22,000 SF anchor grocery store (ALDI).
