Sorensen Gross is pleased to announce an exciting transition for our Mid-Atlantic office. Effective January 1, 2026, the Mid-Atlantic operations of Sorensen Gross Company will become an independently owned company under the new name: SGC MidAtlantic Company. This transition is led by Jonathan Cadle, alongside two highly respected senior team members, Terry Stangl and Hugo Amelink. Together, this leadership group brings decades of combined experience, deep industry knowledge, and a shared vision for the future of the Mid-Atlantic team. Under their guidance, the region has seen steady growth, strong client relationships, and a culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.

Jon has been a driving force in building and leading the Mid-Atlantic office, and his strategic leadership has laid the groundwork for this next chapter. Equally, Terry and Hugo have each played critical roles in operational excellence, team development, and project delivery. Just as importantly, we want to recognize the outstanding efforts of the entire Mid-Atlantic team. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence have shaped the reputation and success of this office.
