Total interior renovation of three residential buildings in an existing apartment complex, resulting in 100+ remodeled individual units.

Project scope is phased, beginning with unoccupied units and adding more as they become vacant. The main component of work in each unit is the relocation of the kitchen area, as well as building additional walls to increase the number of bedrooms in each unit. Site work includes storm water management measures added to meet the minimum requirements mandated by the District of Columbia.
