Terry Stangl joined the Sorensen Gross team in 2019. Terry has 25+ years of
experience in the construction industry and is skilled in team leadership,
construction pre-planning, conflict resolution, communications, and customer and
subcontractor relations. He has extensive experience in project management and
estimating.

As Chief Operating Officer, Terry provides strategic leadership and oversight across all operational aspects of the company. He plays a critical role in aligning field operations with overall business objectives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout project delivery. Drawing on his deep construction expertise, Terry works closely with project teams to uphold high standards of performance, safety, and compliance with engineering, architectural, and client specifications. His leadership helps drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
