Jonathan Cadle is an industry veteran with 30+ years of experience, having led complex projects throughout Washington, DC, New York, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and North Carolina. He has a proven track record in building and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships, leading business development and preconstruction efforts, and attracting top industry talent to develop and manage high-functioning project teams.

Before joining Sorensen Gross, Jonathan most recently served as Vice President at other prominent general contractors in the region where he oversaw multiple teams managing large, multi-million dollar ground-up projects.
