Three one-story additions to an existing two-story building of approx. 32,500 SF – Two 182 SF office additions, and one storage/locker room of 2,800 SF.
Office additions consisted of exterior load-bearing CMU and brick walls and steel columns, concrete slab on grade floor structure, and steel joist-deck with fully-adhered PVC membrane roof. Storage building addition was pre-engineered metal with metal siding and roofing.
